advantages:
– GTM is decent, and results starting to show up even before the product is finished.
– Good CTO with deep understanding of voice RAG without APIs.
– Previous startup experience in the same space that did $20k ARR.
– Equity equity arrangement for all cofounders.

Disadvantages:
– No funding, just a couple of VCs in the pipeline.
– Remote international team.
