Inspired by a recent comment, I realised that I have at my disposal, a huge collection of software tools that I have coded over the years in support of my main business.. that I should making more extensive use of..

I don’t have the time & inclination to add proper licensing, documentation, demos, support and essentially build a whole business around selling ‘that’, ie. selling the software tools.

But what I am interested in, are JV partnerships with industry experts/consultants/people on the ground, handling in a somewhat manual/ad hoc way, the things that my software can do for them, their clients or maybe even the general public.

Where together we can bring structure to this kind of repetitive documentation and sell it on a more wide-scale (possibly self-serve) basis. Or just really streamline that process within a business.

To sum it up in 1-line, the software handles massive and complex mail-merging from sets of whole and fragmented documents.

Data is collected from the client (in many different ways), transformed, rules merged and the customised output documentation delivered.

It could be a 1-page targeted brochure, or many thousands of pages of policy and procedure manuals delivered to hundreds of franchise locations..
