​Luxury clothing brand partnering with artists

Hi, I am starting up a site where I want artists to commission work to go on the back of T-shirts like graphic T-shirts. This would be a premium clothing brand that partners with artists to commission art work to be used as limited edition clothing designs.

The benefit to the artist would be that you can target a different kind of audience, whilst marketing your name by people wearing your art work with your name, and signed by you, this would hopefully lead to bigger exposure! For the consumer, they have a chance to own a limited edition, luxury item of clothing whilst supporting their favourite artists.

How can I get in touch with artists and how can I pitch the idea in a way where they could be interested? Or is what I have above enough? Main thing is being able to target the rights artists that would be interested, probably smaller artists to start with
