Hey all, I have a business idea. I am sure it’s not novel, but somewhat unique.
I live in Colorado, my idea is to buy up cheaper ($15-50k) plots of mountain land, and develop small cabins on the properties.
The cabins would be 500 sq ft, include a septic tank, and enough solar panels to power the cabin. I wouldn’t be making them with logs, but regular building material.
I’d hope to sell these new cabins for $150,000 and market them as affordable getaways.
