So I made a game for my friend’s birthday that turned into a bit of a hit — and now I’m debating turning it into a business 😅
It’s basically bingo meets scavenger hunt, designed for groups, team socials or to just jazz up already made plans.
Concept: You tell us what you’re doing (e.g. brunch in Shoreditch, night out in Soho), we make your custom digital/ physical bingo card, and you tick things off by verifying with the moderators. First to complete the Grid Calls bingo!
Examples: My friend loves white airforces so once of the challenges was to get a picture with some or of someone wearing them, wear a piece of tinsel for the day (which resulted in us all darting it down Camden high street as the rules were you couldn’t use the same shop LOOOOOOL!) we had to take a photo with every letter of her name, the theme was pink so we all had to drink a pink drink that day and we had to spend £3 on something for her birthday. Like a novelty gift.
It ended up being soo much more fun than expected, surprisingly competitive, and just made us all feel like kids again, so I’m wondering if there’s wider appeal here — would you ever play something like this with friends?
Before investing too much time, I’d love feedback! Thank you🌸
