Hello I’m seeking advice on a new business start up. I live in a small town that is expanding rapidly. The opportunity that I’m facing is that a VERY large construction project is coming into the area. This project is many billions and will take about 3-5 years of construction. I estimate that we are going to have 7000-9000 construction workers flooding into the area. What business ideas sound promising? Any advice is appreciated. My background is military and manufacturing. No business experience.
