Im sure this allready a thing more looking for advice.
I have 30+ years as Superintendent for general contractors, thinking of starting a business to somewhat be a middle man between a GC and a client, less fees for them (of course if they wanted full GC that could be done) but more just take on all the delegating and organizing tasks, schedules, providing credible honest trades, good pricing on materials helping home owners/commercial clients who may not want that major GC overhead (I see the numbers) it can be pretty crazy to see the money that clients lose during projects.
This could be any task/service someone required not just contrcution related. Does anyone do this out there? I know its close to a GC but I think theres a niche right between clients and GC?
