​Recommendations for themed literary journals/magazines/publications?

Hi! Wondering if anyone has any recommendations for literary journals/magazines/publications that publish semi-regularly and accept submissions based on a themed issue.

I graduated from college semi-recently and am having a bit of a hard time making time to write, I think largely because I enjoyed the structure of a classroom. I know there are literary publications that do themed issues and publish submissions that fit into the theme of that issue. Having hard deadlines and a prompt to start writing from seems really appealing to me.

I should say I’m trying to really flex my creative muscles so I am happy to submit to a pretty diverse range of publications. I do stick to short stories so please no poetry mags.
