​Rubber purple thing that came in the same delivery bag as advil?

Regular size coffee cup for scale.

My husband ordered some advil and this came in the same bag (not the advil box itself)

It had a slot at the top to thread the rest through but it is WAY to small to be a bracelet, it would only fit an infant or toddler.
