​Selling coffee from home state

I’m mexican and moved recently to another state bc. My home state is renowned for its coffee. Idea consists of processing the grains and selling them where I now live. Note that no business sells coffee like that except for some supermarkets, but they’re not that high quality grains.

Would you say this is a good idea? I’m still working on the details, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I live far enough from my home state that people know coffee is great there, but no one actually sells.
