​Small electronic gadget, 1 inch maximum in size, cast in clear resin, came with its padded case, found at a flea market

I bought this at a flea market in Indonesia for less than a dollar. Looks like a small camera, cast in clear resin, a button cell / round battery inside with electronic components, silicone suction cup mount at the bottom. Because it’s fully cast on resin, no way to open it without breaking. I’m assuming it was meant to be disposable, because one can’t replace the battery. The guy who sold it didn’t know what it is actually either.

1 inch (2,5cm) at its widest side. Came with the case, no markings or writings at all. Inside the case is padded, the padding is custom-shaped for the thing.
