​Small white ~3 inch metal bar, looks like a mini towel rack below light switch in bathroom in my apartment. Building is 105 years old, in US. Attached to wall with ceramic. Also attached to wall is a soap holder and what looks like a cup holder made of same ceramic material, both near the sink.
