​Sports team players can only consist of people who have lived at least 5 years in the city they represent at some point in their life.

Having 3/4ths of the Indiana pacers having never stepped foot in Indiana before being drafted makes no sense. (This is a random ass example, I’ve also never been to Indiana lol but I’m not a player for the pacers)

Teams should only be made up of people either from the home state of the team, or at least lived in the home state of the team for a good chunk of their life
