I created an app where people can rent out things they own to other people, having trouble getting people to actually post and rent the items. It’s built well, has security, and not buggy, just having trouble getting people to post and rent (which is kind of important! haha).
Maybe because we require an ID scan people don’t complete registration, but I have no interest in people’s personal info and can’t think of any other way to protect their products if we don’t know who’s renting from them. Same thing if you rent from home depot, you show ID, except only need to do it once on Lend. Any information on how to gain traction of potential problems you see with app/website would be appreciated!
