Those business neighbours have nothing to do with technology.
The business idea is that making an online store (using shopify for example) where I present tables, chairs, sofa.. and a lot of things in realistic 3d made modules (using softwares like blender) I have to market for the products and when a client make a purchase he has to pay 70% of its price untill he receives it since it’s made on call and it will take X time to make
The 70% thing is for making sure that we will cover at least the final product expenses.
