​Traditional networking platforms are falling short

I’ve been thinking a lot about how networking is evolving, especially with AI becoming such a big part of our world. It feels like most platforms still focus on things like technical skills or surface-level criteria, but what really makes a strong connection? Is it shared passions, values, or even personality fit?

I wish there was a platform that connected people based on who they are, not just based on their technical skills. Finding co-founders with shared values, making better hiring choices or building a like-minded network could lead to more meaningful collaborations.
