​Trying to help Online Food drivers earn more

So I did ubereats and DoorDash and various online food delivery services. I made really good money where I made it my full time job for over a year (making anywhere from $200-$300 a day). I met other drivers who were not making as much even if we worked same amount of hours. And I caught myself always giving tips on how to help them earn more

I came up with this idea to create an online course (I know it’s a saturated market) but to help guide drivers to maximize their earnings. I created a payhip website so I could just create my online course on there and then also add other products as I go. Currently offering the online course where I break down how to start doing online food delivery all the way to how to become your own boss and manage paperwork etc AND I have printable thank you cards to remind people to tip. (Not really needed but it’s something to help)

My question to you guys is, what other products should I offer for this niche or what do you think I could do to make more money doing something like this? I don’t plan to do this as a full blown business but it’s a good little side hustle I’m willing to put more time into
