​We want to start a business for export of second hand clothes in bulk (branded/non branded) from Thailand to different parts of the world

Can someone suggest us how can we start this, as we dont want to do an ecommerce website. Cost to us is as low as 200 USD for 30-40 kg of clothes (t-shirts, jeans hoodies etc.)
