Recent news reports suggest that in the next month there are going to be about 5 million weddings across India. A similar report was published last year. And as every year passes, I see weddings only getting more grand and lavish with increased spending.
What are some businesses one can do around this? It could also be “seasonal”, so when the wedding period booms, i could do this for a while every year and make good money hopefully.
Something I can think of is gifts ofcourse, purchase wholesale at a lower price and sell across marketplaces and off of social media for a decent markup. Is it sustainable?
PS – I had read of a few blogs/tweets online where people have done this, unable to find those at the moment but will definitely link here if i do.
