I’ve been running a business for a few years now, and I’m confident that with the right investment, it could really take off. I’ve done market analysis, and the results show a lot of potential. However, I’m currently short on funds to scale up.
A friend suggested I look into finding an angel investor, but I’m not sure how it all works. Specifically:
What exactly is an angel investor? How do deals with them typically work? How much ownership or profit share do they usually take in return for their investment? Are there any risks I should be aware of when working with an angel investor?
