​What is this thing? Black, about the size of my palm, maybe a little smaller, plastic. Light was still on and is mostly red, but was switching to green here and there too.

I found it in the basement, in the washtub next to the washing machine, like it had fallen there. It was clearly waterlogged cause water was dripping out of it for a while, but the light was still on. I have zero idea what it is. My electrical panel and Verizon Fios box is somewhat near, but not directly above the sink.

I don’t believe I saw any company names or serial numbers on it, but on the last picture, that is an “unlock symbol” – 🔓 (the lock is more obviously open and the opposite way vs the emoji)

Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated!
