​why would this fail

Hi all

I run an AI and IT consulting company in India. I have started it this year with a very small group. We are getting business doing good so far.

But I am here to ask a small question “why would this fail” so just learned about negative manifestation as it would help me run the company consider things that were in hindsight. Would love to listen out your thought why we might fail and have a open discussion
