Would a low-commitment, anonymous “test the waters” home-selling tool be useful?

I’ve been toying with a concept and want some honest opinions. The idea is a platform where homeowners can anonymously upload interior photos and basic specs—no addresses, no exterior shots, and definitely no MLS history.

The goal is to get raw feedback from the community without the pressure of a formal listing or a realtor visiting. You might get comments like ‘Love the bathroom update,’ or ‘That roof looks like it needs work,’ or even ‘The layout might hurt your resale value.’

It’s essentially a way to test the waters and see what people might realistically pay for a home like yours, but completely off the record. Is this something you would actually use to gauge your home’s value? Or is the privacy aspect still too tricky?
