Hey! I have 0.8 square acre of land right outside my city. It’s flat, connected to septic tank, and in a sunny area. Weather’s mild most of the year except a few extremely hot months. I’m thinking of a small event venue/garden? Don’t have experience in the industry, but was looking for any advice on what to do with the space?
