3d Rendering Rental Properties

I work for a property management company that has about 3500 doors under contract.

While talking to another department head I was told one of the biggest headache for their team is dealing with tenants who are arguing over move out charges due to damage( some can amount to a few thousand US dollars. I’ve seen matterport captures but never looked into the software or what it took to use it to create 3d renders of real estate. Seems like a good way to capture a rental property before a tenant moves in, then have indisputable evidence during move out of damage.

Thoughts?
