Name basically describes it – buying out seller financing positions for 70-80 cents on the dollar for sellers who want liquidity sooner. Won’t scale tremendously but seems like there’s a wave of businesses that need to sell and will likely be stuck using too much seller financing and at a certain point the sellers would be willing to exchange for cheaper than par.
