​Experienced in cleaning service for over 20 years

I am 42 and my health is deteriorating. I have been doing research on what sort of businesses I could start and cleaning seems to be both a service based as opposed to sales model, however I am stuck on finding other people that are willing to work as independent contractors. I have clients that I have been working for years. Only now I would like to work as an intermediary and charge retainers as opposed to hourly. I’m still new to this business stuff but I have a lot of experience. Anything helps.
