I have a billion dollar idea. The more research I do, and the more people I talk with, the more I realize it’s the real deal, and not just a “good idea.” Problem is, my strongest skill is self awareness, so trust me when I say as someone pushing 40, and mostly uneducated – I’m not the guy to run a company.
I have this fantasy in my head where it’s not uncommon for a founder to have an entirely hands off approach. Can anyone elaborate on that and send me down a rabbit hole?
