​Advice for business venture walk in clinic

Hi I need advice.

I am looking into opening a walk in clinic/family doctor practice in Toronto. I am not a doctor.

I understand some of the business part of it from securing the lease, getting the clinic prepared and up to standards, software, employees sop’s etc.

Finding the doctor part is where I need advice on how to search and what are the requirements and if a doctor would even be up to this business venture.

I am looking to start small so in beginning it will be the one doctor starting out then plans to expand later.
