Impoverished countries exclusively will be targeted for Olympic games to build a better planet, being modernized in the process with lots of money injected into their economies.

Criminals and crime and murder and arson and whatnot will still exist and the world will go on much the same in some areas, for some time – but maybe one day we can all just get along.
