We all know review sites are fake and rigged right? While I can’t prove it, apartments pay bots to make reviews and complain to have honest 1 star reviews taken down. How many 5 star reviews for that apartment you’ve been looking at are genuine? Probably not many.
The idea. This works off text message.
1.Tenants subscribe to their complex by texting 1234 to (apartment name).
Once subscribed, they can text us a review, limited to once a month to prevent spamming. Two paragraphs minimum required.
Reviews are collected and and fed through an Ai to generate a summary along with more granular analytics like historical trends of ongoing maintenance issues that never get addressed and much more.
If someone wants to see a review, they pay $5 and the summary and analytics of that apartment is emailed to them as a pdf attachment.
No app or website required for tenants to start writing a review.
