​Are there people interested in designing their own clothes and paying a tailor to get it stitched?

There are so many printable clothes companies that print out your own designs on a t-shirt and ship it to you but are there any websites/businesses that will let people design their own clothes (including the way it is to be stitched) that could be outsourced to a tailor on demand for stitching?

Let’s say I want a dress with a certain material, cut, and design, can I book a tailor through the website to stitch that for me?

And are people out there even interested in doing that?
