How feasible is this business idea of a niche bakery with later hours like noon to 10pm . The baked goods would be limited and would include liquor infused goods. It would be advertised as pairing with certain flavored cocktails. The business would need a liquor license and seating. I’m posting here because I literally have no idea where to start with budgeting, business plans or anything numbers related. Before I dive into all of that I’d like to know if it’s even a feasible idea. Is there something I am missing that could be impractical or just not attractive to people about this idea.
