The day we met I was all bruised up hiding behind the school,you were breaking the rules smoking trying to be cool,we kept skipping school running around forgetting the pain of being lost,among the chaos we had found one another, you showed me there was more to life than fighting , you showed me the side of you no one ever saw,then you left and I tried to forget you but time was never my ally, you showed up again and the chaos you brought lit a light of hope I had lost,the colors of my world changed as we drove around singing to our favorite songs forgetting the feeling of being lost,as I grew older we grew closer and then you left again leaving behind the wreckage of my heart,once more I was clinging to hope and it was about to snap but no matter how far you went you came back just in time to save me from me,you begged and cried I forgave you but it was too late time was not on our side someone else had taken my spot I was nothing more than note in your heart so now I drive alone singing our favorite songs trying to forget the feeling of being lost-
