​Business opportunity

I was recently approached by a small coffee distribution company that my family business purchases coffee from. They asked if I’d be interested in purchasing their business. They offered to sell it for the same price as one year’s profit (between 10k and 14k). It only requires 4-5 hours per week. I’m curious what people think about this opportunity. I’m not sure if it would be a good idea considering how easy it is to order coffee online.
