​Ceramic item found in an antique store in Ohio, no luck identifying what it is!

Basically what the title says, it’s ceramic and has no manufacturing info. Might have been a lamp, based on the holes. I’ve tried reverse image searching online with nothing turning up, trying my luck here instead!
