Hi everyone. Not too long ago, I started a very small charcuterie business. Most of my orders have been from family/friends. I just had my very first event a couple weeks ago where I did a grazing table for an engagement party.
I’m looking to dramatically expand my business. The goal is to make the business a full time job & eventually have my own store. I’m needing help with how to get to my end goal. I would want this business to be as profitable as possible. I’m starting to figure out my profit margins but that’s all that I’ve figured out how to do.
How does someone market a business like this? And would opening a store be worth it?
