​customer service type businesses for sweaty startups OR hospitality business for air bnb?

so i have experience in customer service, a bit of marketing and design, not so much seo. hosptality as well and travel. i have two thoughts, hit me with some feedback…

i would like to help small businesses like plumbers, landscapers etc. would a CX course for them sell do you think? i could also create simple websites, and charge them per month for those, but again not great with seo. would they pay?

i also love the STR market and wondered if i could sell something on how to market and create spaces that people will be drawn to renting. oversaturated? even thought of matching STR owners with local artists to get their art in those homes.

i feel like these are the only catagories i really have experience in. thanks!
