I live in a city where there is 10 stray dogs for every person so I got this idea of developing a dog repeller it can be marketed by pushing the fear of rabies to people plus I see potential in selling to cops since I’ve never seen a cop deal with a stray mad dog in a harmless way. so yeah give me your opinion p.s sorry for bad english
