i’ve been working for the business for 9 years so far and i want take over the business so my parents can hopefully retire soon. i’m just about to graduate university. i’m in the works of creating an ai culling/editing program that will hopefully let us have a delivery time of 1-3 days. i would love to expand our business across the USA and maybe even internationally 😱 any tips? (or books i can read) imo our business right now needs to be optimized especially with scheduling/delegating tasks on time/training employees
