From $15k MRR to $9k. I think I’m the worst business guy. Successfully running a boutique marketing company and we got a project to make ChatGPT suggest a business on certain queries.
We did it and started getting more projects. I misread the demand and shut the first vertical as it never grew this fast for us. 15k in 3 years with 3 people team. We started focusing on one aspect thinking it will make us next .5Mil. At one point we made 30k a month and now just 9k.
Should I reach out to the initial clients again. Won’t I look too desperate?
