Hey everyone — I’m Ben, a designer building AI-powered influencers.
After the crazy response to first post, I just want to say thank you. I never expected that kind of attention. I did my best to reply to 500+ comments and answered thousands of DMs — all for free.
This update is for everyone – and yes, I’m still doing it.

A simple side note: English isn’t my first language, so I used ChatGPT to help me polish the writing — but everything you’ll read here comes directly from my personal experience. Also, for privacy and business reasons, I’ve changed the names of the AI influencers.
This update will only cover what’s new — if you want the full story and how it all started, make sure to check out the original post. And as always, feel free to drop your questions in the comments. I’ll be answering every single one for free, just like before.

Current Status – Last Update: June 24, 2025
Right now, I’m managing three AI influencers. Their names in this post will be Lina, Aria, and Sienna.
These are not their real names — I’ve changed them again for privacy and security reasons.
We’re currently active on only one platform: Fanvue.
Patreon is still live but mostly passive, bringing in around $1,000 per month.
Lina earns around $30K net per month.
Aria brings in about $8K net monthly.
Our newest model, Sienna, is currently making $5K net per month.
Our only and main traffic source is still Instagram.
We reach up to 4.5 million people organically each month across all accounts.

Main Tools – Last Update: June 24, 2025
I love exploring and learning new tools — that hasn’t changed in the past 7 months.
For Lina, I use Flux on Forge and Fal’s online version.
For Aria, I went back to SDXL and now use it locally with Fooocus.
For Sienna, I’m fully using Flux on Forge.
In my Flux workflow, I rely on character loras.
In the SDXL workflow, it’s all about prompt engineering.
The SDXL workflow is fully custom — I even teach it within the community.

Costs
I keep my expenses fairly light.
I have a two-person chatter team covering 16 hours a day on Fanvue.
They take 20% from all PPV and tips.
I pay them weekly, based on what they earned the previous week — so Tuesday’s sales get paid out the next Tuesday.
For NSFW photo content, I spend between $500 and $1,000 a month.
I trained one designer to handle this entirely — I delegated it because I personally don’t enjoy doing it.
I still manage all the main Instagram accounts myself.
A friend helps with the secondary accounts, and I pay him $1,500 per month.
I also like involving small and large investors — they help me access cash quickly when needed.
On average, I pay out around $3,000 monthly to these partners.
They usually earn back 30% more than what they put in, within 4 to 8 weeks.
If you’re interested in that, feel free to DM me.
I also pay around $500 monthly for tools like Fal, Kling, and Adobe.
After all expenses, I’m clearing over $25K net profit per month.
That’s over $500K per year — does that put me in the top 1% even in the U.S.?

That’s all for now — hope this gave you a solid look at where things stand today.
Feel free to drop any questions in the comments, I’m here daily and will do my best to reply to everyone like always.
My DMs are also open if you’d rather ask something privately.
And a big thanks to the mods for keeping this community awesome. <3
