As someone familiar with business, and bad customers, and just generally troublesome people to deal with. These “bad” customers cost your business more money than expected by requiring more time and energy, refunds, chargebacks, poor reviews, damage to business reputation, etc.
Example:
Customer ph. 555-555-5555 Date Alice’s Diner customer walked out without paying on 3/4/2024, owes $34.25 Uber customer claims I didn’t deliver his order, even though I handed it to him!! Scammer!! e-store chargeback on a delivered order without contacting me. number 555-555-5555
Would you report bad apples to the new service or use it? Or no?
