​investing in a foreign country to establish a business.

Hello, can you invest the money you have in country A into another country (country B) which might help you establish a better business (ex: clothes shop) due to the strength of country A currency, which if invested in county A won’t establish a business to such extent??. has anyone tried a thing like this ?
