This describes a property I’m interested in buying. I want to make a profitable business out of it, but ideas are hard to come by. Not many folks in the riding community here, except for surrounding reservations. The property was used for horse boarding and a tack and feed store, with very very slow business. The horse stalls definitely need TLC, and I wouldn’t even put my own horses in them without making sure they are sound. What can I do with this space?
Some ideas that I have are: Feed store- MY WAY. Would sell what people actually use here, as well as have a chicken starter program where I set folks up with their own coop and flock Horse boarding AFTER stalls have been renovated… don’t have funds for that unfortunately 4H program, do folks make a profit from that? Event holder. Not sure what kind of events I would hold!
