With hunger being such a serious problem everywhere, there should be an emergency number that you can call when you’re hungry and a hot dog cart will be dispatched to your location from a nearby hot dog station. To keep costs reasonable, condiments aren’t included and to make sure that you’re only calling because you don’t have other options, the hot dogs are really bad and the hot dog guy is allowed to be a jerk to you.
