​Mass produce 3d printed products and then sell them?

Let’s say I’m sitting one day and I get this idea of a small plastic gadget that can help you perform a certain task a little easier.

I illustrate that idea by creating a 3d model of it in blender.

Then I take that 3d model and 3d print it from one of those shops that let’s you 3d print stuff. Not a few tho, like a hundred of those.

Can you do something like that? Do they let you mass 3d print models?
