​Need Help Brainstorming

I work full time and I’m an engineer but it’s draining and I can’t scale a day job.

I own a side business doing window cleaning and it’s great but hard to scale with a full time job. I can’t quit and go all in on it.

I’ve considered doing a simpler service business with air quality assessments in homes and offering solutions for them.

I’ve also considered creating Looker Studio dashboards for businesses so they can see their numbers that are critical to their business but I feel like most small to medium businesses don’t care about that (even though they should). I need a scalable avenue that can grow not tied to my ability to work more hours.

I have a good understanding of business and the mindset around sales and business models but need to be able to apply it to an easier deliverable.
