​Need some biz ideas before AI takeover

I dont have a lot of capital but have land. Only problem is it’s in a remote area. So we cant set up shops and expect profit without large capital. Raw materials wont be available so having dependency would be an issue. Some of the people i know have opened franchise with larger organization. Marts and such. I want to do something similar like a partnership but I want it to be a self sustaining biz. I dont have set up cost for building either so some partnership that starts from scratch. What are some good ideas I am thinking essentials non tech trad brick and mortar. Agricultural/Horticulture or something else
