​Politicians should be allowed to send campaign text messages, but only if they use their real personal number to do so

You know those ridiculous spam texts sent “from” politicians? Let’s require they use their real numbers to do it! It would be completely impractical for big name politicians (great, since they don’t want to hear from me anyways) but perfectly reasonable for small grassroots candidates trying to actually build report!
